Hello,

I understand that an administrative project doesn't need assignment nor affectations. And the activities are seen by every user on the imputation board.

However, if i assign a specific user to an activity of an administrative project, this user will be the only one to see the activity on the imputation board.

Is it a bug ? And if it is ok, what is the use of this ?

In fact, it's not exactly that.
Cause i don't use an administrative project but a type of porject named "INDISPOS" with the state "type de facturation : non facturé"

Perhaps is it linked ?

An administrative project type is tagged by the code ADM ( default configuration in on Menu parameters / types lists / projects types). On this kind of project all resources ( each with a profile) can enter real work without being allocated to project, nor assigned to activities. On all other project types, resource will only see activities they are assigned on.
You must use ADM project to give access to all resources without assignment.
