Field not displayed in ticket screen

Hi,

I select in ticket screen to display fields called "Estimated time" & "Real time" by checking checkbox, but once i click on OK button, they do not appear. Please help.

Can you send a screenshot?

Normally in tickets you have a field to enter estimated time - here you enter e.g. "2" days.
After you saved your ticket, you can use the button "dispatch" to get a popup where you can enter worktimes per day. These values are sumed up in field "real".

Which version are you using. E.g. in version 8.2.0 it is possible since I use it myself. Maybe updating your version can solve your problem.
