OK,
So if it does not solve the issue, remove it (it may lead to not reachable existing attachments)

Can you look for errors in PHP error log file and in Apache error log file ?

There are no issues in the php errors that are associated with projeqtor.

The apache same thing. nothing i can find.

Hi, is there anything else I can do to fix this problem as it is still happening from one of my staff member's iPads. Is this maybe an iPad issue relating to ProjeQtor?

Hi,

Sorry, we don't have possibility to test with iPad, and possibly the is a specific issue on that device.
If no issu appears on browser console or log file, we'll not be able to analyse.

Possibly iPad user could try another browser ?
