Hello,

when i create a ticket, it sometimes automatically assign it to me. (or sometimes i set the wrong responsible)

Then, i try to change responsible, but when i change the field and try to save, it says : "no change to update on ticket..."

( on ProjeQtoR 9.3.5)

edit :
i think i have found someting : on the ticket configuration tab, i set a product and a product version. And on the product version, a responsible is set. Then, it looks like projeQtoR does not allow to set a responsible on a ticket that is not the same the one on the version. 
if i set blank for the version responsible, then i can change the responsible on the ticket ...

so i don t know if it's a bug or a normal behavior in projeQtoR ?

i have to set "no responsible" on product and version. if not, the responsible for ticket is automatically set to the same value as product resp. or version resp.

You have to disable the specific feature in Global Parameters "Set Ticket responsible from Product responsible"
 
You must have selected option "always".
Set to "never" to completely disable synchronizing, or "if empty" to set responsible on ticket only if it is not set.
