We don't want to edit the assignments of closed activities.
I just expected to see what assignments were made / who was assigned.

At the moment, the information about the assigned ressources disappears - as soon as the activity get closed.

there is obviously a difference between the two admins. Either they have a profile on the project in question, the customization was only done on the type of activity? Have you checked on the profile or status? Otherwise maybe a difference between browsers... cache cleared?
