Hello,When I upload a file by linking it to a project or activity, if it is not in PDF format, it is impossible to download it.
Is there any special setting?

What happens when you ckick on the leftmost button ?
Any error in the browser console ?
Any error in projeqtror log file ?

What happens when you ckick on the leftmost button ? ==> Nothing

Any error in the browser console ? ==> no error, only warning : 
"Échec du chargement pour l’élément <script> dont la source est « projeqtor.dev.ifce.fr/external/chartJS/dist/chart.min.js »
L’utilisation d’XMLHttpRequest de façon synchrone sur le fil d’exécution principal est obsolète à cause de son impact négatif sur la navigation de l’utilisateur final. Consulter xhr.spec.whatwg.org/#sync-warning pour plus d’informations."

Any error in projeqtror log file ? ==> No error

I don't have any blocker.
The issue exists on Firefox, Chrome and Edge on my computer but not only.

If it happens on all browsers, it can't actually be an extension or ad blocker problem...

but maybe a problem with your antivirus? Have you tested by disabling web monitoring?
Have you checked if there are loading restrictions on your web servers?
