Cannot remove attachment

Since v11.1.4, (local installation with postgresql) attachments cannot be deleted (on a project or activity for example).
The file seems to be deleted but the entry is kept in attachments list and no success popup is displayed.

It worked fine in v11.1.3

Update: i have tested this morning on the demo site (demo.projeqtor.org/view/main.php) : the delete attachment function is broken too
