Hello,

i notice this on V11.1.4 and even on DEMO.
When you set cost for activity on project (see project test on DEMO), the total cost is set to project (normal).
If you set cost for activity to another value, it is well computed (is : changing cost of activity #8 to 10 change the relkated cost of project.

But, if you set cost to 0, project's cost is not updated...

Normal if it is the only activity on the project.
If Project has activities with costs, then project costs is calculated from activities.
If not, Project costs can be manually changed, so value not erase. This leads to fact that last value on last activity is preserved on project
