Delete your "Noel" line
Then recreate it

Be sure not to enter last parameter

The issue still persists. Creating a new day based on your instructions:
 
Still creates a day that is based on Easter.
 
The last parameter is always filled, even when I leave it empty.

I still cannot reproduce.
Did the same test as yours.
 

Which version of projeqtor are you using ?

Same problem here, using version 12.3.3.
However I try, leaving the field blank results in Easter...

Same as froutier showed in their video. I'm still using Projeqtor 12.3.2 since I didn't have the chance to update yet.
When opening the newly added entry again it also shows the bottom Field filled.
