Multiple update : closed status not updated for tickets

Hello,

i notice an issue while doing multiple update on ticket.

I select 2 tickets (id 1 and 2) :
 

I try to set status to "fermé" witch is a "closed" status (i set "result" before to avoid error).
 

I notice that status is set to "Fermé" for both tickets but only the first one (id 1) is realy "closed" with a closed date :
 

The second is not set as "closed" and closed date is not set :
 

I try with more than 2 tickets, only the first of them is correctly updated.

Yes, i do the same update.
First to set result to "ok".
and then to set status to done....

I do another test on id #162,#163 and #164 and
#162 and #163 : status is set to "fermé" but tickets are not closed and no closed date set.
#164 : status is set to "fermé", ticket is closed and clased date is set to 21/01/2025

Hello

Indeed,  I don't remember your version anymore but after some research, it turns out that this bug has been fixed in 11.4.4. 
So quickly update your application if it is not yet the case and do not hesitate to subscribe to the subscription to have the fixes as soon as we publish them.
