Error When changing status in opportunity, the status has a event notification

Hello,I’m using version V12.4.1. I’m working in an opportunity. I’m able to create the opportunity successfully, but when I change its status—for example, to “In Progress”—I get an error.Please note that I have an event notification configured for this status, so it seems to crash when it tries to send an email during the status change.

i tried V12.4.2, i get the same issue

i Tried deleting/recreate the event notification, it did not help.

Hello, unfortunately i can not reproduce on the demo, none of the users have enough rights to complete the tests.

when i try to create a new activity, type "Cessation d'emploi" i enter the details, when i hit SAVE (the first status is "ENREGISTRER" that corresponds to the first state when i hit save" i get a red message at the top

Second test

Hi have this event notification



NOTE : there is a template in the event notification, i get the error even if there is no template.

I'm creating a new opportunity, i'm entering all the details, the first status is "Recorded" so when i hit save everything is ok because there is no event notification for this state.

If i change the state for "go-no-go" i get this error, here is the log file
