Top toolbar: the latest icons to the right, not all visible

Problem of displaying icons of the toolbar higher

- Since version 2.0.0 to 2.2.1 the last: when connecting with the administrator account, the latest icons to the right, not all visible, especially the 2 buttons rewind / forward (with Internet Explorer 8 and later versions of firefox)
- Noted on version 2.0.0 to 2.2.0: On Internet Explorer 8 (Windows XP), the toolbar drops down and therefore become partially visible icons.

Suggestions:
- Enable the display of the toolbar on two lines, that increases the number of icons with the new features
- Allow to increase the size of these icons to make them more visible and more easily differentiate.
