Hi,

Is there a limit on the number of characters in the field "minutes" (Meeting)? If so is it possible to increase at least 2 or 3X. A workaround?

Limit is 4000 cars, max size of a Varchar.
No easy possibility to increase this limit. U!sing a CLOB or BLOB would loss text search capacity.
Workaround : enter the minutes in a text editor, and attach the file to the meeting item. Then Minutes may contain a summary or just tble of contents.
You can also define a Document to store your minutes (best way !) and link the document to the meeting...
