Direct link doesn't work

Hi,

I'm testing direct link to access an element from mail.

First, link doesn't open from Outlook (don't seems to be recognized as http link, probably client's problem).

When copyng directly onto navigator's address bar (<<serveur adress>>/view/main.php?directAccess=true&objectClass=Ticket&objectId=136), PROJECTOR open login page and not element page. Even if i am already connected.

Direct link works only if i open new navigator, without login into PROJECTOR.

navigator is Firefox V16 or IE 8.

This link is Ok for me too (ie 8 and Firefox 16).

I find the problem : because my mail client can't use direct http links, I need to copy URL in the explorer's adress bar. If i use a new page, with projector connected in another one, everything's good, but if i copy the adress in the actual projector page, i lost connection (and it is normal).

Then, not a bug, just a bad use.
