Hello, After add the parameter to send a mail when a note is add on activity, there are no mail send when i add a note on activity. I work in french.

Does the email functionality work correctly ?
Did you ever send an email ? (on status change)

Yes i receive mail on status change, activity created. In the message after save the note there have not message (mail send) as on status change and save activity.

Can you post screen shot on how you configured note event for mails ?

1) Could you check it is works if you define email on note add for Ticket ?

2) You intend to send email to emitter and responsible : are these fields set for your activity, and do the correspondong resource have a valid email ?
