List project update

This is not exactly an issue, it's more a know limitation.

There are several events that may affect list of projects :
- add projets
- affect project
- change access rights
- change projets structure
- and maybe many others...
The impact is not simple.
The more complex is to be able to automatically refresh the list for other users that may be impacted by these changes, without suprising flickering screen for these users.

Today, the disconnection/connection is mandatory.
Maybe an improvement will be done, but it's not concidered as a priority today (strucutre of projects is not one of the most changing item).
