When viewing "closed tickets" this issue seems to occasionally crop up.

No tickets return when Closed Tickets = 1

> Reset field columns
> Reset filters

No result

Please see attached screenshot.

Sure, upped logging to 4 and got the following:

First tail = Closed = 0

Second tail = Closed = 1

Nothing weird in log file.
Please try to call directly

.../tool/jsonQuery.php?objectClass=Ticket&idle=true

Strangely no error found.
I tested on V4.0.6, just replacing /tool/jsonQuery.php with your file : all is fine, 8896 tickets correctly displayed.
Tested on Chrome 33 , IE10 and FF 27.

Could you try to force refresh of browser cache and / or test on another browser ?

Cleared cache in the initial report obviously to try resolve. Also reproduce able in Firefox.
