No need to search for another solution, you will not possibly find equivalent solution with possibility to set-up on a shared hosting service.

Really, installing step by step is easy :
1) Download V1.0.0 and install as brand new. Connect as admin to install tables.
2) Download V2.0.0 and overwrite V1.0.0 with this one. Connect as admin to upgrade tables.
3) Download V3.0.0 and overwrite V2.0.0 with this one. Connect as admin to upgrade tables.
4) Download V5.0.0 and overwrite V3.0.0 with this one. Connect as admin to upgrade tables.
5) Download V4.5.6 and overwrite V4.0.0 with this one. Connect as admin to upgrade tables.

That's all. It does not require any qualification to do ;)

parameter file not found at 'C:\projectorria\parameters.php'
Check file '/tool/parametersLocation.php' or remove it to use '/tool/parameters.php'.

If problem persists, you may get some help at the forum at projectOr web site .

Just remove /tool/parametersLocation.php
(you may have retrieved an old one...)
... and try again.

I have repeated the suppression of parameter.location.php.
Always the same result.
