Ticket #1918 is not delivered yet.
You have to apply patch (change code) on your own or wait for V5.2.1

But if you are on V5.1.5, possibly it is not the same issue.
Check for errors in log file.

Hello,

I inserted "/usr/sbin/sendmail" in the field "Sendmail Path" and the problem is solved.

But this information is already in parameters (see the result of phpinfo function).

Is it normal to have to specify again this information in projeqtor ?

It is not "normal" but may be a wrokaround : specifying the sendMail, you force the use of sendMail instead of default phpMailer.
