ERROR : A non well formed numeric value encountered in objectDetail.php line526

Hello,

Everything goes well regarding the installation and connexion. However It is not possible to add Customers, contact or anything else. i get always a red screen at the bottom of the tool with the message in subject field.

Any idea to help me?

I have de same problem in line 88 of view/parameter.php (and other modules)
86 $width-=30;
87 $displayWidth=$width . 'px';
88 $longTextWidth=($displayWidth-30-300).'px';

on my own PC everything works fine (php < 7.0) on my commercial hired server (where I have other applications and I can not change the php 7.1 version myself) I have problem described in the subject.

Will this be resolved? If so, when?
