Change User to Administrator but not able to see all the projects when planning was created by iconic
I changed my profile to be an administrator but when I do Resource Planning and try to plan the activities I only see 4 out of the 10 projects that I am assigned to.

Check that your projects are not "administrative" or "template" or under construction.
Also check your allocation profile to the projects (profile on each project may "remove" rights)
