Hello,
I have found an issue with "input" indicator.
You can fin attached the file whch explain the finding.

==> The first input (E1) = not provided = 0%
==> The second input (E2) = acepted without reservations = 100%
==> The third input (E3) = blank = 0%

The overall status should be for IR5 KPI : 50 % and not 0%.

For "not provided" status , i siggest to change the calculation rule with:

If status = "not provided" and "planned date" > "today date" then IR5 = 100%
If status = "not provided" and "planned date" < "today date" then IR5 = 0% (in this case, the input is late...)

I agree with calculation change, it will allow to set status before due date.

But you issue is not here.
It is due to weith of each incoming : set to low, I guess weight is zero ;)
If you change the 3 weights, with non zero value, total should be 33% (not zero)
