import activity prize

This occurs because you try and create dupliacte Activity Price (same project, same activity type).
This should not be allowed.
We allowed it through confirmation, to fit some need, but import does not take this into account.
What can be confirmed in interactive mode is blocking through import.

I don't see how to avoid this (we cannot manage confirmation for each line... and cannot manage global confirmation as subjet to confirm may be different for each line)
Only (dangerous) possibility is to implicitly confirm through import.
It is dangerous as it would concern all confirmations (some may set the mess if implicitely confirmed)
