I have a problem with my database.

I have a subproject with rest to do while everything is closed, no tickets, activities or other have hours of rest to do.
How to force the rest to make the sub project to 0 to close it

Hello,

If you request is : "item can't be 'done' with left work "
there is a parameter in : Parameters -> list of types -> projects types

no the message is : Unable to close an element with left work

on this sub-project, it's left rest work 67.5h. but all of tickects and activities are closed and all have rest at 0h.

I don't understand why the rest of sub project is 67.5h ???

You possibly have items (meeting, test session or else) with left work.
Try and set "can force close" on specific access rights for the given profile.
You 'll then be able to close and this will force left to zero.
