Copy linked elements as new elements for templates

Hello,

to help project leaders to follow quality requirement, i build templates for project with document models (ie DAT, Documentation utilisateur, Dossier Sécurité,...) but when copying template to create new project, link are directed to document model and they needs to be re-created.
Is it possible that, for a template, copying with attached files means "copying files and create new attachment".
In the same way, copying documents will be great for templates, so we can create document and attached files from a template and have a better guide for internal pratice for our project leaders.

I expect to be clear and realize that is not a trivial job.
