Background - is an additional information related to the ticket, like how to reproduce the problem, etc.

Result is not limited to implementation.
Moreover, it can be set as implementation when work is done, and then completed on validation. A note can also be used.

As an improvment (not planned yet), tests management could be added, with link to item and activity.

problem description can be quite long. This depend on the type of product. So, it will be good to have a field to provide some additional information which we call background. This includes an information about environment and configuration

It can be, but must be dealt whether it is a generic need or specific one.
If anyone is also interested, please post here to have it added as an evolution.
