Ticket#275 - possible solution

Hi Babynus,

there is an old request from me - Ticket 275 "Empty database but keep parameters".

Now, knowing better projectorria, I suggest, to solve in the way, to have a dump function for all parameter tables and a import function. Could be locate under Tools - export / import parameter files.

- what will happen if the function is used on a full datadase ?

Yes, a serious problem. I would say, a simple warning message for executing should with an explizit OK button should be sufficient.

- should existing parameters be deleted before import ?

From my pov yes, tables should be TRUNCATED before new paramenters will be inserted.

Basic reasons for using this function are:
1. Have errors after modifying parameters, to quickly go back to a stable version of parameters. A full database restore will overwrite all non parameter values as well.

2. Setting up a complete new instance of projectorria and loading "good practice" values in new instance.
