Evolution : Add field to specify unit : hours or day

Hello,

In my compagny we use the hour of unit for the planification and real work allocation, it seem that Project'Or RIA use the day. It could be great to specify in parameter.php the unit the we want to use and then the number of hours per day (for consistency in plan ).

what do you think about this? from my point of view is easyer to count number of hour per day than 0.5 day for 4 hours.
