Base-Project / Project copying

Hi,

The structure and various phases of a project are often comparable. It would be nice if a project-leader could build an empty project with the most standard phases, tasks, dependencies, milestones and so on, where no dates are required. So the rough data are ready to start a project with.

When a new project starts, the project leader makes a copy of the base project, starts filling out dates, and a rough planning can be estimated.

So, when there would be an "copy project" function, this could help improving the start-up of a new project.
