Get Notification / eMail Notes Are Added to an Item

Is there a way to subscribe to an Item like a Ticket such that I get notifications about all future Comments and State Changes?

When defining emails on events, you will select who will feceive the email : the responsible, the requestor, or possibly any subscriber.

Mh, I just finally tried that out and I cannot figure out how to send a mail to an Item's subscribers on an event.

The available list of recipients provided by the GUI (ProjeQtOr 7.4) looks as follows:

• requestor
• issuer
• responsible
• project team
• global project team
• project leader
• project manager
• followers
• other

So there is not receipient group "subscribers".

Is it the same as "followers"? Unfortunately, the meaning of "followers" is not explained in the manual. (I also opened a topic in the issue forum about that.)

Suggestion: The naming should be unified in future ProjeQtOr releases such that the same name / label is used everywhere where a feature / function is mentioned.
