Hi,
i want my team to input the real time spent on a ticket from inputation screen. but sometimes, my ticket do not appear (when appearing, it is in "work assigned section").

Why?

Real work on ticket in entered... directly on ticket.
Timesheet shows what is entered on Ticket, but changes cannot be done here.
