Contract types versus ressources

yes, for the moment I do some tests to understand how to configure this module.

which is not present on the contract Type.

But they avec Leave Rights (even if the contract type does not) :


And they are able to make leave requests and submit them :

I've created a default contract type without any leave types and when I create a new ressource defined as un employee, he gets a default contract, but in the leave rights screen, I se one new line for each type of leave that I defined for all the other contracts.
All the lines have quantity and left quantity empty, but if I don't delete those rights, he's able to declare leave periods, but as I delete them, he gets an error which is logic, but I thought it would be even more logic that he couldn't only see the types of leaves for which he has rights, in the leaves absence creation screen.

When we'll change the year, I imagine that I'll have to delete all the rights again that are going to be created for the new year, right? This is not cool at all.
