Hi

the customization module isn't doing what I expected it to do. I want the rights to adapt to the workflow as defined in the "Section Authorization to change from a status to another" according to the profiles. This is not possible with the "add in customization", we must remove the rights to everyone, even to the admin. Example: I want an operator to be able to enter a new status ticket. As soon as the status changes to assigned, the operator can no longer modify it. But other profiles must be able to work with it. this is not what I can customize the statuses, we do it for all the profiles. If I remove the rights I have to do it for all profiles without distinction. The workflow therefore remains useless to manage the progress of the ticket and the rights and it remains a status list that has no impact on the progress of the ticket.

I hope I have clearly expressed my need.

The plugin cannot manage rights for profile and status. It can manage rights for profile or status.
What you expect does not exist exactly, but possibly Ticket Simple can cover the need.
You give to the operator access rights to Ticket Simple only, that only have few updatable fields, and possibly lock them when status is "assigned" and over.
User who will treat the tickets will then manage them through Ticket view, where they won't be blocked.
