Is there a way to associate an asset to a Customer/User?

One can associate a product to an asset but not the asset to a user...ie SW to a customer equipment

Hello

of course, you can associate your equipment with a user, a resource and a contact.

Go to the screen of your equipment, in the allocation section you have the user drop-down list.

In this list you will find your contacts, your resources and your users.

You can indeed use but  users only and locations,,,,which narrows too much the way is implemented ( no company filter)

NOT by CUSTOMER/employee...( may not be a Projeqtor user).

The customer may have 10 equipments but we develop software just for 5.

A dropdown with customer and another with user whould suficient IMHO on the Produt main menu as there are too many Johns on this earth...

You can extend the Asset feature with the Screen Customization plugin.
