Hello
I created a predefined note in an activity. The note does not appear after validation

Is there a BUG or a particular manipulation to display the notes automatically.
I am on version 10.0.6
I'm about to upgrade to the new version
Does this fix it?

Hello

it works well for me. Did you save your predefined note with a type? are you sure you are on the right type?

When you say "does not appear"... where? In the list box of the predefined notes screen or in the drop-down list of predefined notes when opening the notes pop-up?

Hello

I have created a scheduled task under an activated and a type.
I just updated with the new version.

I have created new activities but the notes do not appear.

Your capture does not show much with respect to the notes.
Just as a reminder, you must add a note by clicking on the icon and select the note template you want to use !
