ticket screen has not displayed anything was created by NoCompagnie
For a few days the ticket screen has not displayed anything. However, my tickets are clearly visible in the simplified tickets screen. We tried to update to version 10.4.4 but got the same problem. How to correct this? Are the data corrupted?

There is no error in the browser and there is the same problem with any browser. As for the logfile, where can we find it and what is it called. Is this the one?

Location is defined in your parameters.php file.
default is projeqtor/files/logs (1 file per day)

Hi,
I believe you didn't notice the attached log file.

2023-08-25 14:11:06.201 ***** ERROR ***** [V9.2.2] Error on SqlElement to get 'parentActive' for Class 'Module' : field 'parentActive' not found in Database.

Possibly you have another application on same server that overrides class Module.
Try and isolate Projeqtor.
