Email has No Attachments or notes when using an email template

I created a basic email template for tickets below, however when I receive the email there are no attachments and the notes section is blank and does not show any of my notes from the ticket:   Please advise.  Any help or insight would be appreciated.


TICKET NUMBER:  ${id}  (${goto})
TICKET:  ${name}

TICKET START TIME:  ${initialDueDateTime}
TICKET URGENCY:  ${nameUrgency}
TICKET PRIORITY:  ${namePriority}
TICKET STATUS:  ${nameStatus} 

Requestor:  ${nameContact}
Responsible:  ${nameResource}

TICKET DESCRIPTION:
${description}

RESULT/SOLUTION:
${result}

NOTES / OBSERVATIONS / ISSUES:
${NOTESTD}

ATTACHMENTS:
${allAttachments}

LINK TO TICKET:  
${url}

I was able to get the notes to show in the email now. They were set to private. After making them public, the notes appear in the email sent using the template.

What do you mean "automatic corrector"?

I still do not have any attachments in the email after using ${allAttachments} in the email template. Any ideas?

Yes.  The file attachments are on the server.
