Hi, 

No, it is not possible to put several managers.

However, you can add the coordinator field in addition to the responsible field. This gives you a field for the work responsible and a field for the administrative responsible.

Can you tell me more clearly, how can I do it so that one "ticket" clearly shows the workers working in it.

Simply click on the dispatch button to assign the work on the ticket to a specific resource or to view their work.
Otherwise, it will be the resource who fills in the work who will be automatically recorded as a worker.
Feel free to browse the manual to learn more about how tickets work.
