[SOLVED] [11.3.1] Issue with mailbox for tickets

Good morning,

We tried to setup a mailbox to create ticket but no tickets are created. We are unsure what is happening as we do not have any logs (tried log level "Error" and "Debug").
We use O365 with IMAP enabled on the account. We do not see any sign-in on O365.
Tried to stop / start the CRON. Tried to close and open mailbox.
Tried IMAP Host : 
{outlook.office365.com:993/imap/tls}INBOX
{outlook.office365.com:993/imap/ssl}INBOX
{outlook.office365.com:993/}INBOX

It looks like the app is not even trying to connect.

Hello

Since the proper functioning of the mailbox is done with the settings of YOUR email provider, it will be very difficult for us to find the problem.
Especially since we do not have the same one.

No error in the logs? in the browser console?
Have you checked the connection information (id and password)?

Good morning,

Our instance is hosted on your server. Do you restart them over the weekend ? The mailbox started to connect by itself yesterday morning after two full days of empty logs files.

Anyway the issue is solved now and as you said we need to fix our connection parameters to have it function now.
