Overrun highlight

• Is there any way to visually distinguish between Activities on track and Activities on overrun (whatever the overrun origin : remaining work reevaluation or real work allocation exceeding the anticipated effort ? Everything stay green ... on the Gantt diagram.
• when a developer updates a remaining work, he or she can silently impact the whole planning. Is there a way for the project planner to be notified of the shift ? And its origin ?
• Is there any validation possible to prevent remaining work changes without notice ? Including a what-will-happen developer curious about the impact of tuning this "weird" field just to see its effect.. .

On Gantt Diagram, you have mostly view over planning dates. Tasks become red when planned end date is over validated end date.

1. activity definition (and dependencies)
2. resource allocation (effort)
3. using the gantt views, computation of the planning
4. validated start and end dates automatic setting ? i.e. setting validated dates = planned dates globally, without manually entering each date for each activity ?
