Hi,
I have about ressource assignment in task.
Is it possible to fix specific date for a ressource in task ?
For example :
For a task , the planning is start = mond 13th apr and end = frid 24th april
3 ressourses linked RS1, RS2, RS3
I want fix RS1 while 5day at 50% from 13th to 17th.
Is it possible to take into account this requirement while the planning calculation ?

Hi,

It is not possible to fix dates for an assignment.
If you wish to you'd have to do it on the task, so possibly split the task if several resource share same task with different constraints.

But on your case, you could esily do the job as it fits the "asap" planning mode.
You just have to assign 2.5 days to the resource with assignment rate 50%. It wil do what you expect.

Hi Babynus,
In project screen, I can see the check box "fix planning" (or "figer le planning" in french).
I understand if option selected so the planning of this project (all sub element) is fixed and no changed after calculation process.
Is it right ?
