Hi,

There is no "error", only Timeout.

So I can see only 2 cases :
  1. you have many many projects (several thouthands at least) and exec time is not enough to retreive rights
    I would not bet on this, because my tests showed a 10s connection time for admin with 1000 projects / 10000 activities
  2. your server blocks connection to remote servers, but allow_url_fopen is true
    to avoid this, disable the allow_url_fopen php option of, more simply, in parameter table set parameterValue='NO' where parameterCode='YES' (create the line if it does not exist)

allow_url_fopen = Off in the php.ini has fixed the problem

The "data:text/html, chromewebdata " URL value (called kUnreachableWebDataURL in Chromium) is loaded whenever a URL fails to load in a frame (for example, via RenderFrameImpl::didFailProvisionalLoad and LoadNavigationErrorPage). The issue you explained is kind of a bug where Android WebView built on chromium fails to loads the page in question due unmapped ssl error.
