Yes I understand priorities.

I am exactly saying same thing here : "... with priority to requests that will potentially attract new users"

I am sure, User can't reset his password, will go for another solutoin (even Paied one ! )

We're talking about enterprise users : it's not very hard to define backup for admin :evil:
Other solution is to connect to LDAP :woohoo:
