Je n'arrive pas à conserver les dates validées :

lors de l'actualisation du planning, si une ressource est assignée, projeqtor change les dates planifiées
comment faire pour que les dates validées = dates planifiées dans le planning comme dans le planning ressources?

projeqtor changes planned dates : yes, it is what planning is done for
validated dates are committed ones, and planned dates often differ... this is life.
Maybe you missed some basis notions of "work driven" planning ?

I am aware that it's tprojeqtor's finality but I would visualise my validated dates on ressources planning before taking a decision and accepted planned dates, is it possible?

ProjeQtOr works the other way round.
You calculate planning, ajust it : all is done on planned dates.
And when planning is correct, you save the baseline in validated dates.
