Only possibility I can think about is that :
=> You configured to move to first status done when there is no left work
=> there was a change that got to no left work
=> the fisrt "done" status on project workflow is cancelled

If my understanding is right, I need to unable "handle status", "done status" and "closed status" for "canceled status", is it right?

If no left time is, the "canceled status" is done automatically? How can I change it?

As you can see on the attachements, the first done status is "done".

No.
For cancel status, handled, and done may be disabled, but closed should bre enabled.

You must define in your workflow a status with sortOrder < sortOrder of Cancelled status, and with isDoneStatus=1 (status done checked);

As you can see on the attachements, the first done status is "done".

Is it really this workflow that is used for Projects ?

Thanks for your help.

Done status and handled status were disabled. (cf new screenshot)

Right now, "done" status has a sort (400) < sort order of "canceled" status (399) (cf new screenshot) , are you sure that it is not at reverse? because the new diagram workflow is strange for me.

Is it really this workflow that is used for Projects ?

Yes I am sure, all projects types are pointed to this workflow.

Found an issue with boolean fields that may explain this strange behavior.
Will be deployed very soon in V5.2.3

boolean about isDoneStatus=1?

Could you confirm me if all my changes are mandatories or this behavior should be resolved with the boolean on v5.2.3 without applied my changes?
