Hello,

We see something that seems incoherent in activity :
- real is 0 in assignments
- real is 2 in the real workload



How is that possible ?

Several possibilitiies :
- Real work is on ticket : it does not seem to be the case
- Activity has sub-activities and real work is on a sub-activity
- Real work is for an assignment that's been removed (should not be possible :huh: )
- This is a bug :blush: (should not be impossible ;) but I am quite confident about this : unless you made changes directly in DB, this part is really reliable)

Not the first 3 ideas, apparently

It is more like 2 days have been removed from "real work" but not taken into account for some reason
Maybe a bug, but we did too many things to be able to reproduce.

It has been automagically resolved : is it because we removed the person that was set as "manager" of the task ? Or maybe because other operations were performed that updated the "real work" calculation...

Hi,

Great to know data is now correct.
In fact , every time you update data for an activity (real work on real work allowation, or any data directly on the activity), the calculated data is re-computed, and dispatch up to project level. So this kind of issue may not persit for long.

But I'd like to understand how it happened to fix the source of this anomaly.
If you have any idea, or happen to reproduce, please let me know.
