[SOLVED] New install. Cannot create or edit any entities. Users, projects, resources. Just times out.

After a new install on Linux server, I log in but cannot create or edit anything. I click the plus button or existing user and the circle appears but nothing happens. I tried in several browsers and put the logging up to 4. Log files show no issues.

Database is populated

No apache errors.

Browsers errors:

I changed the editor but I still cannot use the software. I can successfully use the demo software but not the software loaded on my server. There are no Apache log errors.
