error report

I've got an error message for Tickets report:

Check if the "report" directory exist.
Check if your web server user has access to write on directory.

report directory exist.
acess write could be ok.

I try again, and receive this message:

I find the problem

It was write Files, and on global parameter it was .../File/report/

just add "s" to file and it's ok now.
