I want to change real work allocation to allow putting comments on the tasks since the tasks are predefined but the real activities perfomed under the specific task are entered by the user during capturing the time sheet according the tasks assigned.

Please advice the best practice to achieve this.

Do you want :
1) put comments on real work allocation for each task ?
2) add note to a task from real work allocation ?

1) is planned in the roadmap : Ticket #1449
2) No direct way exists nor planned. Only way is to click on task name to go to the task, add note, then go back to Real Work Allocation screen

I do not want to give every user accces to create task in a separate window thats why
i dont want the user to click on task name to go to the task, add note, then go back to Real Work Allocation screen.

I want to allow users to put comments to each task for each day before putting hours spent since the general comment is not usefull.

So it look like ticket planned in the roadmap : Ticket #1449.
But comments will be 1 per task (line in the screen) per week, not one per day (very complex, heavy, and possibly useless)
