Hello,
I use projeqtor from some time now and my company use it frow a few weeks.
I have one main project to my department on wich I assign my ressources.
Then all my projects are under projects of this one. With this system I'm sure that ressources are not over 100%.
My problem is to affect a sub-project in copy or as a link to an other project, for an other department to insert into their projects.

Hoping it's clear enough.

With this system I'm sure that ressources are not over 100%.

This is not required as resources will never be over 100% of capacity, even if assigned at 100% to several projects.

You can easily add a sub-project and affect resources from other department to this project.
What you cannot do is to have a project belonging to 2 departments (2 main projects).
